How It Works

• When you have a problem, simply CALL 713-ON GUARD (664-8273). Our first step will be to troubleshoot and determine the problem.
• If we can't fix the problem over the phone, you will be assigned a (RA #) Return Authorization Number.
• THIS IS WHEN YOUR ON GUARD UPKEEP PROGRAM BEGINS TO
  "SAVE YOU MONEY"!
• Remove the faceplate (pictured on the left), from the red housing. Securely bind the faceplate in bubble wrap then package it inside a sturdy box. Make sure there is no movement inside of the box before sealing.
• Ship this package back to:

• Inside your package, you will include a return information sheet. Providing us with:

• We will rebuild any item that needs repair on your Landline Faceplate Upkeep Program, including labor.

stops the high, unexpected repair charges from happening.

By purchasing this, I confirm that I am aware this program is billed annually every year from the date of purchase, renewing for an additional term. If I do not pay within net 15, automatic termination of this program will be enforced. Both parties will evaluate Upkeep Program, items and rate plan annually.
